All CatRock Students and Volunteers are invited to meet at the CatRock lodge at 4:30pm for our bi-weekly training ride. Each week we will be setting goals and encouraging each other to achieve as we prepare for longer day trips and overnight adventures.

This Training Ride will be open to all CatRock students and volunteers. Students signed up for the Cycling Academy are expected to prioritize attendance.

Packing list: medium backpack containing athletic wear (non-cotton preferred), layers for warmth & rain, sturdy shoes, water bottle, and snacks. No baggy pants. Bring your bike and helmet if you own!
